Description:

In our work as DevOps advisors, we often come across a customers question of what exactly DevOps consists of. The CAMS abbreviation is not good for selling, because no one will buy culture or Knowledge Sharing. We recommend our clients to implement the following practices: Infrastructure As a Code, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Monitoring, Automated Testing and Test Data Management. In the report, I will tell you what we mean by all this, and also about some cases from our work with large Russian companies.

After graduating from MIPT, I accidentally got into Web development. I started my professional path as a developer in C # and ASP.Net. After 4 years, I moved to the world of open-source and Linux, becoming a developer in PHP, and then in Ruby. Organized the Railsclub conference, kept the RubyNoName podcast for two years, grew to the Head of Development in Scalaxy, and then in Groupon. Conducted several master classes for developers. At the moment, I work at Express 42, which is engaged in DevOps consulting and IT projects operating.
