Hello dear participants and speakers of Stachka 2017! My professional experience is closely connected with CRM-systems optimization (CRM - Customer Relationship Management) for business needs. The main achievement is integration of the mobile CRM system for the sales department to increase the quality of data filling by 5%, the time spent by the client by 7% within six months after the introduction; the sales systems began to fail less when using the CRM system:). I'm an easy-going, honest and active person. My hobbies are traveling, snowboarding, hand-to-hand combat and all other activities that allow maintaining a sound mental and physical form.
